In the first of this year’s three-day Iljieli fit-Teatru series, dedicated to Malta’s father of Jazz and former Pjazza Teatru Rjal chairman Charles ‘City’ Gatt, Professor Vince Briffa will be walking us through Charles’s parallelism between his playing and his paintings (in Maltese). Singer Nadine Axisa and pianist Dominic Galea, both close collaborators of Charles Gatt, will be setting the scene for this tribute with a variety of Jazz standards.
